According to the subitem 4) of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 18, 2012 "About TV and radio broadcasting" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed list obligatory TV, radio channels.

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after the first official publication.
