1. Form:

1) Committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Ministry of regional development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) Management committee land resources of the Ministry of regional development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Rename:

1) Committee of development of entrepreneurship of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Committee of development of entrepreneurship of the Ministry of regional development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) public institutions - territorial authorities of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for construction and housing and communal services according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

3) public institutions - territorial land inspectorates of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for management of land resources according to appendix 2 to this resolution;

3. Abolish Committee of regional development of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan with transfer of its obligations and property to the Ministry of regional development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. Approve enclosed:

1) Regulations on the Ministry of regional development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 4 to this resolution.

6. To the ministry of regional development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to take other measures following from this resolution.

7. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
