About approval of two technical regulations

According to the Law No. 420-XVI of 22.12.2006 on technical regulation and in pursuance of the Order of the Government No. 873 of 30.07.2004 about approval of the National program for development of technical regulations of PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve technical regulation "Radio communication and broadcasting. Effective use of radio-frequency range and avoidance of harmful noises" (is applied).

2. Approve technical regulation "Radio and cable television systems of broadcasting. Regulations and parameters" it (is applied).

3. These technical regulations become effective within three months from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

4. To provide to Mr. T. Chiklichi, the director of the state company "Inspectoratul de Stat al Comunicatiilor", and Mr. V. Badulesku, the director of the state company "Radiocomunicatii" publication of the approved regulations.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on Mr. P. Buchatsky, the deputy minister of information development.
