1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for release, replication, demonstration, rolling, sale and advertizing of erotic products, products containing elements of sensuality, violence and cruelty, products by sexual education and sex education, and also products of sexual assignment it (is applied).

2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus of April 13, 2000 No. 8p "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for public demonstration of film audiovisual works, release of printed materials of erotic nature, and also products of sexual assignment, their distribution and advertizing by legal entities and physical persons" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2000, No. 76, 8/3776).

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

The instruction about procedure for release, replication, demonstration, rolling, sale and advertizing of erotic products, products containing elements of sensuality, violence and cruelty, products by sexual formation and sex education, and also products of sexual assignment

1. This Instruction determines procedure for release, replication, demonstration, rolling, sale and advertizing of erotic products, products containing elements of sensuality, violence and cruelty, products by sexual formation and sex education, and also products of sexual assignment.

2. For the purposes of this Instruction the following terms and their determinations are used:

production – issue of printing or electronic mass media or broadcast of television, broadcasting mass media;

offensive language – abusive, the expletives contradicting regulations of public morals;

pornographic products – products containing pornography elements;

products – audio-and audiovisual products on all types of carriers, including computer games, products of printing and electronic mass media, the theatrical and fine arts, by sexual education and sex education, sexual assignment, and also other materials and objects;

products containing sensuality elements – products which do not belong only to erotic, but use erotic component. The erotic component shall be shown incidentally, its amount shall not exceed 50 percent of amount, the areas or durations of products;

products by sexual education and sex education – products directed to sexual education and sex education of the population, prevention of HIV infection and venereal diseases, studying and illumination of questions of sexology, sexual pathology, problems of family and scrap;
