About the state anti-corruption examination of regulatory legal acts and projects of regulatory legal acts
This Law regulates legal and organizational basis of conducting anti-corruption examination of regulatory legal acts and projects of regulatory legal acts for the purpose of identification in them corruptogenic factors and taking measures to elimination of these factors.
The legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan on anti-corruption examination of regulatory legal acts and projects of regulatory legal acts is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan and consists of this Law, and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan, and also the international legal acts recognized by Tajikistan.
In this Law the following basic concepts are used:
- the state anti-corruption examination of regulatory legal acts and projects of regulatory legal acts - the activities for identification of corruptogenic factors in regulatory legal acts, projects of regulatory legal acts performed according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, subjects authorized for conducting the state anti-corruption examination following the results of which the conclusion which is subject to obligatory consideration by the relevant state bodies is drawn (further - law-making subjects);
