Rules of use of the means received from issue of control brands and the international standard identification numbers and publication of the report on use of these means

1. These rules are prepared for the purpose of ensuring execution of subitem 1.1.6 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of May 22, 2012 No. 365-IVQ "About ensuring intellectual property rights and about fight against piracy" of July 6, 2012 No. 668.

Use of the means received from issue of control brands and the international standard identification ISBN numbers, ISMN, ISSN, ISAN, ISRC attached on copies of audiovisual works, soundtracks, computer programs, databases and books and publication of the report on use of these means are established by these rules.
