I. General provisions

1.1. This Procedure determines the organizational principles of holding qualification examination (further - examination) and procedure for its delivery by persons who intend to perform activities of the arbitration manager (the manager of the property managing sanitation, the liquidator) (further - applicants), and also regulates procedure for estimation of knowledge at examination and establishments of its result.

1.2. Examination is held by passing by applicants of the automated anonymous testing according to the list of obligatory questions on which training of persons who intend to perform activities of the arbitration manager (the manager of the property managing sanitation, the liquidator) is provided, established according to the legislation.

1.3. Date, time and the venue of examination are determined by the Qualification commission of arbitration managers (managers of property, managing directors of sanitation, liquidators) (further - the Commission).
