According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About regulatory legal acts" (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2012, N 52, the Art. 583) and the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 23, 2011 N PP-1602 "About measures for further enhancement of activities of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2012, N 29, to the Art. 329), for the purpose of further enhancement of rule-making activities of public authorities on places I order:
1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for preparation, yuridiko-technical registration and conducting legal examination of drafts of the regulatory legal acts adopted by public authorities on places according to appendix (the text is provided in Uzbek).
2. Make state registration of this order and to Management of state registration of departmental regulations (B. Boliyev) to enter the corresponding record in the State register of regulatory legal acts of the ministries, state committees and departments of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. To management of systematization of the legislation and legal information (S. Nureyev):
strengthen methodical management behind activities of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, justice departments of areas and the city of Tashkent for conducting legal examination of decisions of public authorities on places;
provide in three-day time bringing to data of interested persons and publication to "Uzbekistan to Respublikasi the eve of huzhzhatlara of tuplama" - "Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan" of this order.
