For the purpose of enhancement of compensation of civil personnel of governing bodies, military units, organizations, companies and organizations of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also the General Staff of Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on defense industry and educational divisions of military preparation of the highest Cabinet of Ministers educational institutions decides:

1. Establish the percentage allowance for length of service to civil personnel of governing bodies, military units, organizations, companies and organizations of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Uzbekistan of the State committee on defense industry and its subordinated organizations, and also educational divisions of military preparation of the highest educational institutions (except health and pharmaceutical workers, and also workers of the budget sphere of the cities of Uchkuduk, Zarafshan, Nurabad and the settlement of city type Zafarabad) in the following sizes from official pay rate:

in case of years of service from 2 to 5 years - 10 percent;

in case of years of service from 5 to 10 years - 15 percent;

in case of years of service from 10 to 15 years - 20 percent;

in case of years of service from 15 to 20 years - 25 percent;

in case of years of service over 20 years - 30 percent.

2.  N 147 "About introduction of scale of charges on compensation of employees of state governing bodies, judicial authorities and notary offices" to state the name of appendix No. 3 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 12, 1996 in the following edition:

"Grades and tariff coefficients in compensation on UTS of leading employees and specialists of central office of the Ministry of Finance, the State committee according to the statistics, the State committee on privatization, demonopolization and development of the competition, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population, the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trades, the Ministry of Defence and the Integrated headquarters of Armed Forces (regarding civil personnel), the State Tax Committee".

3. Determine that the expenses connected with implementation of this resolution are performed:

on the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Uzbekistan - within annually allocated budgetary appropriations;

on the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on defense industry, its jurisdictional enterprises, and also educational divisions of military preparation of the highest educational institutions - within annually allocated budgetary appropriations, non-budgetary and other sources which are not forbidden by the legislation.

4. To the Ministry of Defence together with the interested ministries and departments of the Republic of Uzbekistan to bring departmental regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution in a month.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.
