Based on subitem 7.1 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1589 "Questions of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus" and in pursuance of Item 2 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 30, 2012 "About approval of the list of actions technical (technological, testing) nature" the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 1105

1. Determine that:

1.1. assessment of reliability of the data on labor activity and the salary provided by the employer for purpose of pensions is performed by employees of committees on work, employment and social protection regional (The Minsk city) executive committees, district (city) managements (departments) of work, employment and social protection (further, unless otherwise specified, - body for work, employment and social protection) in case of visit of the employer;

1.2. visit of the employer by employees of body for work, employment and social protection is performed upon submission by the employer of data on labor activity and the salary for purpose of pensions and as required according to the written order of the head of this body.

Assessment of reliability of the corresponding data on labor activity and the salary provided by the employer for purpose of pensions cannot be performed by employees of district (city) management (department) of work, employment and social protection if assessment of these data is carried out by employees of committee on work, employment and social protection regional (The Minsk city) executive committee;

1.3. in case of visit of the employer employees of body for work, employment and social protection estimate (study, compare):

the data on labor activity and the salary of workers containing in the source documents which are available for the employer and the data on labor activity and the salary provided by the employer for purpose of pensions;

the necessary documents (their copy) on labor activity and the salary, certification of workplaces submitted by the employer under the terms of work, including in electronic form, other necessary information;

written and oral explanations from representatives of employer on the questions arising during assessment;

1.4. results of assessment of reliability of the data on labor activity and the salary provided by the employer for purpose of pensions are stated in writing and signed by the workers who were carrying out assessment.

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
