1. To the Ministry of Agriculture and Food:

1.1. perform distribution:

from January 1 to August 1, 2013 100 percent of the tariff quotas on import to the territory of the Republic of Belarus of pork fresh, cooled or refrigerated, pork trimming, classified according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union by codes 0203, 0203 29 550 2 and 0203 29 900 2 (further - pork), the refrigerated rolled meat of dunghill hens classified according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union by code 0207 14 100 1, the refrigerated rolled meat of turkeys, the refrigerated not rolled parts of carcasses of the turkeys classified according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union by codes 0207 27 100 1, 0207 27 300 1, 0207 27 400 1, 0207 27 600 1 and 0207 27 700 1 (further - fowl), between legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, registered in the territory of areas and Minsk and told regional executive committees the need for use of the tariff quotas for own production * (further - participants of foreign trade activity), in proportion to the declared amounts on import of pork and fowl;

since September 15, 2013 the tariff quotas on import of pork or fowl which are not used for August 1, 2013 based on statements of the participants of foreign trade activity who received part of the tariff quotas on import of pork or fowl till August 1, 2013 in proportion to the declared amounts;

1.2. send to the Ministry of Trade and the State Customs Committee in electronic form no later than the next day after distribution of the tariff quotas of the data on the parts of the tariff quotas allocated to participants of foreign trade activity to import of pork and fowl with indication of accounting number of the payer and the name of the participant of foreign trade activity, commodity code according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union, the size of the tariff quota. ______________________________

* For the purposes of this resolution own production is understood as production of finished or preserved foods from meat, meat offal or blood and other according to the criterion of sufficient processing (conversion) established by the Rules of determination of the country of goods' origin which are integral part of the Agreement on Rules of determination of the country of goods' origin in the Commonwealth of Independent States of November 20, 2009.

2. To the Ministry of Trade quarterly to the 10th following reporting to inform the Ministry of Agriculture and Food on the licenses for import granted to participants of foreign trade activity in 2013 of pork and fowl.

3. To the State Customs Committee:

3.1. provide the room of pork and fowl, imported in 2013 on the territory of the Republic of Belarus within the tariff quotas, under customs procedure of release for internal consumption based on the licenses granted by the Ministry of Trade;

3.2. represent to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food in electronic form monthly no later than the 25th following for reporting, this about the room under customs procedure of release for internal consumption in 2013 of pork and fowl within the tariff quotas and outside the tariff quotas with indication of participants of foreign trade activity and supply rates of pork and fowl.

4. To the Ministry of Agriculture and Food together with regional executive committees to organize according to the legislation carrying out centralized purchases of pork and fowl by the participants of foreign trade activity who are under their supervision (being part, system), and also to perform monitoring of condition of the domestic market of meat products and deliveries in 2013 of pork and fowl on the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
