1. The administrative regulations of provision by the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation of the state service in acceptance from insurers of the reporting under the individual (personified) accounting of insured persons (further - according to RPF, the state service, Administrative regulations) are developed for the purpose of improvement of quality of provision of the state service for the insurers representing to territorial authorities of RPF the reporting under the individual (personified) accounting in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation establish procedure for provision of the state service, determine terms and the sequence of actions (ministerial procedures) of territorial authorities of RPF when implementing powers by provision of the state service.

The state service is directed to realization of accounting of the pension rights of insured persons and includes acceptance by territorial authorities of RPF from insurers of the reporting under the individual (personified) accounting of insured persons (data on the added, paid and arrived insurance premiums for mandatory pension insurance and insurance years of service of insured persons), control of its reliability and inclusion of data from this reporting in the corresponding individual personal accounts of insured persons.
