Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 72
1. Establish for the republican unitary enterprise "Belorusneft production association, Mazyr Oil Refinery open joint stock company, the Polimir plant of Naftan open joint stock company:
1.1. marginal maximum selling prices on gases hydrocarbonic liquefied fuel for household consumption, intended for realization in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, according to appendix 1;
1.2. No. 25 is excluded since May 6, 2013 according to the Resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of 18.04.2013
2. Selling prices on gases hydrocarbonic liquefied fuel, developed from raw materials supplied by the customer and intended for realization in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, are created by the organizations which are not specified in paragraph one of Item 1 of this resolution in the sizes which are not exceeding selling prices, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution.
3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus according to the list according to appendix 3.
4. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
