About some questions of licensing of activities for tobacco products manufacture

According to article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 11, 2007 "About licensing" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed qualification requirements and the list of the documents confirming compliance to them to activities for tobacco products manufacture.

2. Determine:

1) the licensor on implementation of activities for tobacco products manufacture the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the state body approving licensing for tobacco products manufacture regarding the applicant's compliance to sanitary and epidemiologic requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan Committee of the state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its territorial subdivisions.

3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 25, 2007 No. 628 "About approval of qualification requirements to activities for tobacco products manufacture and modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 30, 2007 No. 352" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2007, No. 25, the Art. 296) the following changes:

state heading in the following edition:

"About modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 30, 2007 No. 352";

exclude Item 1.

4. This resolution becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after the first official publication, except for Item 2, which becomes effective from the date of signing.
