1. Reorganize by transformation in the procedure established by the legislation the republican state state company "National Institute of Intellectual Property" of Committee on intellectual property rights of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan into the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "National institute of intellectual property" of Committee on intellectual property rights of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the company).

2. Determine authorized body by management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration - Committee on intellectual property rights of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. The main object of activity of the company to determine implementation of activities in the spheres referred to the state monopoly (rendering services in the field of protection of intellectual property items).

4. To committee on intellectual property rights of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) to submit for approval in Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan the charter of the company;

2) to provide state registration of the company in judicial authorities;

3) to take other measures following from this resolution.

5. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
