About creation of joint-stock company "Astana EXPO-2017 national company
The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Create joint-stock company "The Astana EXPO-2017 national company (further - society) with absolute participation of the state in its authorized capital.
2. Determine the main object of activity of society the organization and carrying out in the city of Astana of the International specialized EXPO-2017 exhibition (further – the international specialized exhibition), postexhibition use of the territory of the international specialized exhibition, and also participation in the international exhibitions including provided by the Convention on the international exhibitions made in Paris on November 22, 1928.
3. Allocate to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan from reserve of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan provided in the republican budget for 2013 on urgent costs, 86550000 (eighty six million five hundred fifty thousand) tenges for forming of the authorized capital of the created society.
4. To provide to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) together with the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan development and approval of the charter of society and its state registration in judicial authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) election in structure of Board of Directors of society of members of the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution;
3) transfer to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan of right of possession and uses of the state block of shares of society;
4) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.
5. Approve the enclosed additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
