According to article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 11, 2007 "About licensing" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed qualification requirements and the list of the documents confirming compliance to them for implementation of activities for production of ethyl alcohol, to production of alcoholic products, storage, wholesale and (or) retail sale of alcoholic products, except for activities for storage, wholesale and (or) retail sale of alcoholic products in the territory of its production.

2. Determine:

1) the licensor on implementation of activities for production of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the licensor on implementation of activities for storage, wholesale and (or) retail sale of alcoholic products, except for activities for storage, wholesale and (or) retail sale of alcoholic products in the territory of its production, tax authorities on areas, the cities of Astana and Almaty;

3) the state body approving licensing and (or) appendices to the license for production of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products regarding the applicant's compliance to sanitary and epidemiologic requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Committee of the state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its territorial subdivisions.

3. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after the first official publication, except for Item 2, which becomes effective from the date of signing.
