About some questions of licensing of activities for production, conversion, acquisition, storage, realization, use, destruction of poisons

According to article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 11, 2007 "About licensing" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed qualification requirements and the list of the documents confirming compliance to them for implementation of activities for production, conversion, acquisition, storage, realization, use, destruction of poisons.

2. Determine:

1) the licensor on implementation of activities for production, conversion, acquisition, storage, realization, use, destruction of poisons Committee of the industry of the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the state bodies approving licensing for implementation of activities for production, conversion, acquisition, storage, realization, use, destruction of poisons regarding the applicant's compliance to requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 1 to this resolution.

3. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 2 to this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after the first official publication.
