1. Create the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of sanitary aircraft" of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the company).

1) authorized body of the corresponding industry concerning the company the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) the main object of activity of the company - activities in health sector.
3. To provide to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) submission on approval of the charter of the company to Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) state registration of the company in judicial authorities;
3) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.
4. Approve the enclosed additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
