According to Item 5 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 18, 2012 No. UP-4455 "About Measures for Further Cardinal Improvement of Business Environment and Provision of Bigger Freedom to Entrepreneurship", and also for the purpose of transition to customs clearance of goods electronically the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Take into consideration that since January 1, 2013 the procedure according to which subjects of entrepreneurship at the choice have the right to perform the procedure of customs clearance of goods electronically takes root.

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 31.12.2014 No. 376

3. Determine the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan responsible body for implementation of the automated information system of electronic declaration of goods.

Complete carrying out trial operation of the automated information system of electronic declaration of goods till January 1, 2013.

4. To the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trades, the Central bank, the Ministry of agricultural and water economy, the Ministry of Health, the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on conservation, the State committee of communication, informatization and telecommunication technologies, the Uzstandart Agency and other interested organizations in a month:

provide preparation and retraining of heads, workers and technicians to whom functions of monitoring and work with the automated information system of electronic declaration of goods are assigned;

bring the existing departmental normative legal documents into accord with this resolution.

5. To provide to the ministries, departments, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and the city of Tashkent timely support of implementation of the automated information system of electronic declaration of goods.

6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R.S.Azimov.
