1. Approve the Instruction for maintaining the Unified state register of producers of alcohol of ethyl, cognac and fruit and grain distillate, alcohol ethyl rectified grape, alcohol ethyl rectified fruit, distillate grape spirit, alcohol of raw fruit, bioethanol, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products which is applied.

2. To the public fiscal service of Ukraine (Vlasov A. S.) provide forming, maintaining and placement on the official web portal of the Public fiscal service of Ukraine of the Unified state register of producers of alcohol of ethyl, cognac and fruit and grain distillate, alcohol ethyl rectified grape, alcohol of the ethyl rectified fruit, grape distillate spirit, alcohol raw fruit, bioethanol, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products.

3. To department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Chmeruk M. O.), to Inspection department behind production and the address of alcohol, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine (Radchenko A. P.) to provide in accordance with the established procedure:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine Myarkovsky A. I. and First Deputy Chairman of the State Tax Administration Ukrainynachalnik of tax police of Golovacha A.V.

І. General provisions

1.1. This Instruction determines structure and procedure for maintaining the Unified state register of producers of alcohol of ethyl, cognac and fruit and grain distillate, alcohol ethyl rectified grape, alcohol ethyl rectified fruit, spirtasyrets grape, alcohol raw fruit, bioethanol, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products (further - the Register).

1.2. The information about subjects of managing who obtained licenses for production of alcohol of ethyl, cognac and fruit and grain distillate, alcohol ethyl rectified grape, alcohol ethyl rectified fruit, distillate grape spirit, alcohol raw fruit, bioethanol, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products (further - subjects of managing) is entered in the Register.

1.3. Data on subjects of managing are entered in the Register within five working days from the date of licensing for production of alcohol of ethyl, cognac and fruit and grain distillate, alcohol ethyl rectified grape, alcohol ethyl rectified fruit, spirtasyrets grape, alcohol raw fruit, bioethanol, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products (further - the license).

ІІ. Procedure for forming of the Register

2.1. The inspection department behind production and the address of alcohol, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine (further - Department) within five working days from the date of licensing enters corresponding changes in the Register on the basis of the data specified in the license and provides the relevant information in paper and electronic form to Department of interaction with mass media and the public of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine (further - Department of interaction) for placement on the official website of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine.

2.2. In case of cancellation of the license, the termination of effective period of the license or change of the data specified in the license granted to the subject of managing, the Department within five working days enters corresponding changes in the Register and provides the relevant information in paper and electronic forms in Department of interaction for placement on the official website of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine.

2.3. The register is created in form according to appendix to this Instruction.

2.4. Such data are entered in the Register:

column 1 - number one after another;

column 2 - full name of the subject of managing (surname, name, middle name);

column 3 - type of economic activity according to the granted license;

column 4 - series, license number and effective period of the license granted to the subject of managing;

column 5 - date of inclusion in the Register;

column 6 - date of exception of the Register;

column 7 - the basis of exception of the Register.
