According to article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 29, 1998 "About payments and money transfers" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

Approve the enclosed separate types of activity when which implementing in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan individual entrepreneurs or legal entities shall provide installation in places of implementation of the activities of the equipment (device) intended for payment acceptance with use of payment cards and also accept payments with use of payment cards.

2. Recognize invalid:

2) Item of 6 changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 18, 2011 No. 820 "About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2011, No. 47, the Art. 643).

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after the first official publication.
