About approval of regulations of electronic state services

According to article 21-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 24, 1998 "About regulatory legal acts", item 4 of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 27, 2000 "About ministerial procedures", Item 2 of article 29 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 11, 2007 "About informatization" and for the purpose of implementation of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 26, 2010 No. 1116 "About approval of Standard regulations of electronic state service" PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve the enclosed regulations of electronic state services:

1) "Apostilization of archival references and copies of the archive documents coming from the Public Records Offices of the Republic of Kazakhstan and directed abroad" according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) "Issue of archival references" according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) "Registration of mass media" according to appendix 3 to this order.

2. Recognize invalid

1) the order of the Minister of Communications and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 20, 2011 No. 317 "About approval of regulations of the state services" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan at No. 7296);

2) the order of the Minister of Communications and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 26, 2011 No. 418 "About approval of regulations of the electronic state service "Registration of Mass Media" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan at No. 7362).

3. To committee of information and archives of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) to provide state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its official publication;

2) to provide placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) to take other measures following from this order.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising Vice-Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
