In pursuance of part provisions (2) article 28 of the Law No. 317-XV of July 18, 2003 on regulations of the Government and other bodies of the central and local public authority (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, No. 208-210, of the Art. 783), with subsequent changes and amendments, and the Orders of the Government No. 1345 of November 24, 2006. "About harmonization of the legislation of the Republic of Moldova with the legislation of Community" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, No. 189-192, of the Art. 1470) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve the National plan of harmonization of the legislation for 2013 it (is applied).

2. To provide to the ministries and other central administrative authorities, according to competence and in case of strict observance of fixed terms, accomplishment of the National plan of harmonization of the legislation for 2013 and quarterly to the 5th day of the next month to represent to the Center for harmonization of the legislation, the subordinated Ministry of Justice, the report on the course of accomplishment of the specified plan.

3. Coordination of implementation process of the National plan of harmonization of the legislation for 2013 to assign to the Center for harmonization of the legislation subordinated to the Ministry of Justice.
