About some measures for reforming of system of infrastructure of quality

1. Create public organizations National institute of metrology and the Moldavian institute of standardization.

2. Approve:

1) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova of 16.08.2016 No. 976

2) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova of 10.08.2016 No. 969

3. To the Ministry of Economics in 3-month time to initiate reorganization by merge of GP "Institutul National de Standardizare si Metrologie", GP "Centrul de Standardizare si Metrologie din Balti", GP "Centrul de Standardizare si Metrologie din Ceadir-Lunga" in GP "Centrul de Metrologie Aplicata si Certificare".

4. Appoint the Ministry of Economics the founder of GP "Centrul de Metrologie Aplicata si Certificare" and authorize to take all adequate measures on registration of the specified company according to the procedure, provided by the law.

5. Transfer of assets and liabilities, fixed assets and other material values necessary for accomplishment of Items 1 and 3 of this Resolution to perform based on the delivery-acceptance certificates which are drawn up according to the Regulations on procedure for transfer of the state companies, the organizations, organizations, their divisions, buildings, constructions, fixed assets and other assets approved by the Order of the Government No. 688 of October 9, 1995. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, No. 10, the Art. 45), with subsequent changes and amendments.

6. To perform release of employees in connection with reorganization of GP "Institutul National de Standardizare si Metrologie", GP "Centrul de Standardizare si Metrologie din Balti", GP "Centrul de Standardizare si Metrologie din Ceadir-Lunga" according to the existing labor law.

7. To the Ministry of Economics: provide National institute of metrology with the rooms necessary for activities implementation; together with the State office to provide the Moldavian institute of standardization on free basis with rooms for adequate accomplishment of functions as national authority of standardization at national, European and international level.

8. In the Order of the Government No. 690 of November 13, 2009. "About approval of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Economics, structure and extreme number of its central office" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 166-168, of the Art. 768), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes:

add appendix No. 3 with line items "National institute of standardization" and "National institute of metrology";

in appendix No. 5 of line item of GP "Institutul National de Standardizare si Metrologie", GP "Centrul de Standardizare si Metrologie din Balti", GP "Centrul de Standardizare si Metrologie din Ceadir-Lunga" to exclude;

add with line item of GP "Centrul de Metrologie Aplicata si Certificare".
