1. Approve the Procedure for reconciliation of the list of persons authorized on accomplishment of functions of the state or local self-government which are dismissed from positions in connection with accountability for corruption offense, with data which contain in the Unified state register of persons who made corruption offenses which is attached.

2. To department of the anti-corruption legislation and legislation on justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (R.V.'s Sivers) to submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister - the chief of staff of Sedov A. Yu. and vice-chairman of National civil service of Ukraine Dyachishin M. D.

Procedure for reconciliation of the list of persons authorized on accomplishment of functions of the state or local self-government which are dismissed from positions in connection with accountability for corruption offense, with data which contain in the Unified state register of persons who made corruption offenses

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of carrying out reconciliation of the list of persons authorized on accomplishment of functions of the state or local self-government which are dismissed from positions in connection with accountability for corruption offense, with data which contain in the Unified state register of persons who made corruption offenses (further - reconciliation of the list of persons).

2. The reconciliation of the list of persons is carried out quarterly not later than 4 numbers of the month following reporting quarter for the purpose of preparation for the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of the summarized information.

3. The national civil service not later than 2 dates which comes behind reporting quarter provides to Ministry of Justice information on persons authorized on accomplishment of functions of the state or local self-government which are dismissed in connection with accountability for corruption offense, which arrived during the accounting period in National civil service according to appendix 1 to this Procedure.

4. The Ministry of Justice verifies the acquired information with data of the Unified state register of persons which made corruption offenses, and not later than the next working day after receipt of information from National civil service informs National civil service on availability in the specified register of information on persons authorized on accomplishment of functions of the state or local self-government which were dismissed from positions in connection with accountability for corruption offense, according to appendix 2 to this Procedure.
