Rules of provision and distribution of subsidies from the federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation on joint financing of payment commitments of the subjects of the Russian Federation connected with implementation of actions on development of service of blood;

Rules of provision and distribution of other interbudget transfers from the federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation on financial provision of purchases of the computer and network equipment with licensed software for implementation of actions on development of service of blood;

the list of the federal state institutions providing medical care subordinated to Federal Medical Biological Agency, the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation for which equipment procurement on procurement, conversion, storage and safety of donor blood and its components, and also the computer and network equipment with licensed software is conducted.

2. To Federal Medical Biological Agency within the budgetary appropriations provided in the federal budget for the corresponding financial year and planning period, and limits of the budget obligations approved to it to provide in the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation:

provision to federal state budgetary institution of health care "Center of blood of Federal Medical Biological Agency" of subsidy for technical support of the single information database for the purpose of implementation of actions, connected with safety of donor blood and its components, and payment of expenses on providing necessary traffic on communication channels of the Internet, and also on performance of works (services) for the purpose of promotion of mass donorship of blood and its components.

3. Recognize invalid:

Rules of financial provision within budgetary appropriations of the federal budget of actions for development of service of blood

1. These rules establish procedure for financial provision within the budgetary appropriations of the federal budget provided to Federal Medical Biological Agency, expenses on implementation of actions on development of service of blood directed:

a) on implementation of equipment procurement on procurement, conversion, storage and safety of donor blood and its components, the computer and network equipment with licensed software for development of the single information database for the purpose of implementation of actions connected with safety of donor blood and its components, and also program technical means of protection of the specified database (further respectively - the medical equipment, the computer equipment) to the federal state institutions providing medical care, to subordinated Federal Medical Biological Agency, the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation according to the list approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2012 N 1447 (further - federal institutions);

b) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 28.04.2014 No. 375

c) on promotion of mass donorship of blood and its components according to the main directions of promotion of mass donorship of blood and its components approved by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.

2. Federal institutions submit to Federal Medical Biological Agency supply requisitions of the medical equipment and computer equipment (with indication of the name and the address of federal institution, scope of supply of the medical equipment and the computer equipment, and also required types of the medical equipment) in the form approved by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.

3. The Federal Medical Biological Agency within 10 days from the date of receipt of requests, stipulated in Item 2 these rules, considers them, approves supply rates of the medical equipment and computer equipment and sends data on the approved amounts to the relevant federal institutions.
