1. General provisions

Rules of provision of housing for the military personnel (further - Rules) are developed according to the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 16, 1997 "About the housing relations" and of February 16, 2012 "About military service and the status of the military personnel" and provide single procedure for provision of housing to the military personnel.
