3. Approve the enclosed General requirements of industrial safety on works at height by method of industrial mountaineering, according to appendix to this order.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the chairman of Committee on the state control of emergency situations and industrial safety of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kunanbayev N. S.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of signing.

General requirements of industrial safety on works at height by method of industrial mountaineering

Chapter 1. Works at height by method of industrial mountaineering

Paragraph 1. Main terms

Dynamic cable, rope - made in the form of locks in braid and intended for keeping of dynamic loads and breakthrough in case of fall.
