Article 1

This Federal Law for the purpose of anti-corruption establishes legal and organizational basis of control of compliance of expenses of person replacing the state position (other person), expenses of his spouse (spouse) and minor children to the income of this person and his spouse (spouse) in the cases and procedure established by this Federal Law (further - control of expenses), and also determines categories of persons concerning which control of expenses, procedure of control of expenses and the mechanism of the address to the income of the Russian Federation of property concerning which the data confirming its acquisition on the legal income are not provided is exercised.

Article 2

1. This Federal Law establishes control of expenses:

1) persons, replacement (occupying):

a) the state positions of the Russian Federation concerning which other procedure of control of expenses is not established by the Federal Laws;

b) positions of board members of the Central bank of the Russian Federation (further - the Bank of Russia);

c) state positions of subjects of the Russian Federation;

d) municipal positions;
