1. Determine that own means of the clearing organization the following indicators of the balance sheet constituted on the last reporting date are included:

1) authorized capital;

2) own shares redeemed at shareholders;

3) reserve capital;

4) revaluation of non-current assets;

5) the added capital (without revaluation);

6) retained earnings (uncovered loss).

2. Determine that the size of own means is determined as the amount of the indicators specified in Item 1 of this order.

3. Determine that requirements of this order extend to the clearing organizations performing activities according to the Federal Law from 07.02.2011 N 7-FZ "About clearing and clearing activities" based on the license for implementation of clearing activities, except for credit institutions.
