1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for introduction by forest users of additional fee for non-use by them in the procedure for the sites of forest fund allocated for conducting tapping of forest stands established by the legislation.

2. Recognize invalid:

the resolution of Committee of forestry under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of December 14, 2001 No. 17/119 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for introduction by forest users of additional fee for non-use by them in the procedure for the forest stands of sites of forest fund allocated for conducting tapping established by the legislation" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 3, 8/7547);

the resolution of the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of February 17, 2005 No. 9/18 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Committee of forestry under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of December 14, 2001 No. 17/119" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 43, 8/12256).

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

1. This Instruction is developed according to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 7, 2012 No. 530 "About dachshund on gallipot pine" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 68, 5/35824) and determines procedure for introduction by forest users of additional fee for non-use in the procedure for the sites of forest fund allocated to them for conducting tapping of forest stands established by the legislation.

2. Payers of additional fee for non-use in the procedure for the sites of forest fund allocated to them for conducting tapping of forest stands established by the legislation (further - additional fare), are the forest users who received the forest ticket for procurement of gallipot pine and not using the sites of forest fund allocated to them for conducting tapping of forest stands in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. The additional fare is brought by forest users annually based on natural survey of the sites allocated to them for conducting tapping of forest stands which is carried out till December 30 of the current year after completion of season of tapping.

4. Within ten days after survey the forest user shall bring additional fare on the current account of the legal entity who is conducting forestry, wrote out the forest ticket.
