Based on part three of Article 6 and part two of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 3, 2002 "About fight against terrorism" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 77-Z
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for provision of material and financial resources, information, vehicles and means of communication, the medical equipment and medicines when carrying out counter-terrorist operation it (is applied).
1-1. Establish the list of the state bodies and other organizations which are the subjects participating in the prevention, identification and suppression of terrorist activities within the competence according to appendix.
2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 10, 2002 No. 467 "About approval of regulations on operational staff on management of counter-terrorist operation, about procedure for provision of material and financial resources, information, vehicles and means of communication, the medical equipment and medicines when carrying out counter-terrorist operation and the list of the state bodies which are the subjects participating in limits of the competence of the prevention, identification and suppression of terrorist activities";
the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 25, 2005 No. 324 "About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 10, 2002 No. 467";
