Regulations of the state service "Prolongation and Issue of Exit Visas"

1. General provisions

1. These Regulations of the state service "Prolongation and Issue of Exit Visas" (further - regulations) are developed according to Article 34 of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 4, 2008, articles 9-1, 15-2 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 27, 2000 "About ministerial procedures", and also according to the Standard of the state service "Prolongation and Issue of Exit Visas" No. 200 approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 28, 2011 "About approval of the standard of the state service "Prolongation and Issue of Exit Visas" (further - the standard).

2. In these regulations the concept following is used:

1) the consumer - the foreigners and persons without citizenship who addressed for the state service;

2) structurally functional units (further - SFE) - responsible persons of authorized bodies, state bodies, structural divisions of state bodies, information systems or subsystems which participate in process of rendering the state service.
