About approval of regulations of the state services in the sphere of highways

According to item 4 of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 27, 2000 "About ministerial procedures", PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve the enclosed regulations of the state services:

1) "Issue of permission to placement of outdoor (visual) advertizing in strip of withdrawal of highways public of the international and republican value" according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) "Issue of permission to crossings of highways of the international and republican value by channels, communication lines and electricity transmissions, oil pipelines, gas pipelines, water supply systems and the railroads and other engineering networks and communications" according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) "Issue of permission to the device, reconstruction, repair and liquidation of railway crossings on highways of the international and republican value" according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) "Issue of permission to deepening of beds of the rivers and water currents is higher or lower than bridges for meliorative and other purposes at distance of less 2,5 of km on highways of the international and republican value" according to appendix 4 to this order;

5) "Issue of permission to the device, reconstruction and repair of the locks, dikes and other meliorative and hydraulic engineering constructions combined with highways of the international and republican value or the roads located above on area bias" according to appendix 5 to this order;

6) "Issue of permission to the device of congresses from highways of the international and republican value and platforms for loading and unloading of freights" according to appendix 6 to this order;

7) "Issue of permission to rise and lowering of railway tracks or stacking of additional way when crossing with highways of the international and republican value" according to appendix 7 to this order.

2. To committee of highways of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Saginov Z. S.) provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) in accordance with the established procedure official publication of this order;

3) placement of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sklyar R. V.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
