About approval of regulations of the state services in the sphere of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population

According to item 4 of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 27, 2000 "About ministerial procedures", PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve:

1) regulations of the state service "Issue of the Sanitary and Epidemiologic Conclusion about Compliance (Discrepancy) of Object of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance to Regulatory Legal Acts in the Sphere of Sanitary and Epidemiologic Wellbeing of the Population and to Hygienic Standard Rates" according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) regulations of the state service "Issue of the Sanitary and Epidemiologic Conclusion on Projects, Products, Works and Services" according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) regulations of the state service "Assignment of Accounting Numbers to Objects of Production of the Food Products Which Are Subject to Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance" according to appendix 3 to this order.

2. To provide to committee of the state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To provide to department of legal service official publication of this order after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after its first official publication.
