About approval of regulations of the electronic state services in licensing of educational activities rendered by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan

According to Item 2 of article 29 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 11, 2007 "About informatization" and the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 26, 2010 No. 1116 "About approval of Standard regulations of electronic state service" PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) regulations of the electronic state service "Licensing, Renewal, Issue of Duplicates of the License for Provision of the Higher, Postgraduate Education" according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) regulations of the electronic state service "Licensing, Renewal, Issue of Duplicates of the License to the Organizations of Education Providing Spiritual Education" according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) regulations of the electronic state service "Licensing, Renewal, Issue of Duplicates of the License for Educational Activities for Programs of Technical and Professional Education" according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) regulations of the electronic state service "Licensing, Renewal, Issue of Duplicates of the License for Educational Activities for Programs of Primary, Main Secondary, General Secondary Education" according to appendix 4 to this order;

5) regulations of the electronic state service "Licensing, Renewal, Issue of Duplicates of the License for Conducting Educational Activities to the Organizations of Education Financed by Means of the Republican Budget" according to appendix 5 to this order;

2. To committee on control in education and sciences (Irsaliyev S.A.):

To provide 1) in accordance with the established procedure state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) after state registration to publish this order in mass media.

3. To department of strategic planning and information technologies (Nurmagambetov A. A.) place this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-minister Orunkhanov M. K.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
