1. Allowed create public institution "State natural wildlife reserve "the Three-copecks piece" Committee of forest and hunting economy of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - organization) in the territory of Amangeldinsky and Zhangeldinsky districts of the Kostanay region with a total area of 489766 hectares, including having included the territory of the Sarykopinsky state natural wildlife area of republican value.

2. Provide to organization according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the parcels of land with a total area of 489766 hectares in permanent land use, from them in the territory of Amangeldinsky district of the Kostanay region - 133987 hectares and the territory of Zhangeldinsky district of the Kostanay region - 355779 hectares according to appendix to this resolution.

Transfer the specified parcels of land from category of lands of inventory to category of lands of especially protected natural territories.

3. To akimat of the Kostanay region according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to establish the conservation zone around lands of organization with prohibition and (or) restriction within this zone of any activities which are negatively influencing condition and recovery of ecological systems.

4. Determine that financing of organization is performed from the republican budget for the account and within the amounts provided in the republican budget on content of especially protected natural territories.

5. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
