1. 3. Borders of the territories on which the check mode is set of the road for transit without omissions are displayed on cards of the territories on which the check mode is set.
4. The Gomel and Mogilev regional executive committees provide development and the edition of cards of the territories on which the check mode, at least once in five years is set.
5. Cards of the territories on which the check mode is set are placed for open acquaintance in district executive committees, and also in electronic form on the websites of district executive committees, Gomel and Mogilev regional executive committees.
6. The check mode will be organized Gomel and Mogilev by regional executive committees and provided with law-enforcement bodies and the public nature protection research establishment "Polesia National Radiation and Ecological Park" (further – organization) in its territory. For this purpose the specified bodies and the organizations perform patrol, means of remote detection, photo and video fixing are used.
Functions on the organization of the check mode in the Gomel and Mogilev regional executive committees are implemented by specially created structural divisions.
7. For providing the check mode with organization stationary and portable check-points are created (further – check points), in need of the check point can be created by law-enforcement bodies.
At the check point magazines of citizens, vehicles, the exported (imported) property, acceptance delivery of watches, check of work of the check point are recorded.
8. Dislocation of stationary, portable check points and routes of patrol of law-enforcement bodies annually no later than December 10 of the year preceding planned are determined by territorial authorities of internal affairs in coordination with district executive committees.
9. Dislocation of stationary, portable check points and routes of patrol of security service of organization at least once in five years are determined by his director in coordination with district executive committees and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection.
