Veterinary (veterinary and sanitary) requirements to the objects of production performing cultivation, realization of animals

1. General provisions

1. These veterinary (veterinary and sanitary) requirements to the objects of production performing cultivation, realization of animals (further - requirements), are developed according to subitem 18-1) of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 10, 2002 "About veterinary science", determine veterinary (veterinary and sanitary) requirements to the objects of production performing cultivation, realization of animals on specialized farms (complexes, poultry farms), feedlots (further - object of production) and their realization on objects of domestic trade (further - object of realization of animals), and are obligatory for physical persons and legal entities.
