According to the subitem 3) of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 11, 2007 "About licensing" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
2. Determine the licensor by irregular transportation of passengers by buses, minibuses in long-distance interregional, interdistrict (long-distance intraregional) and international messages, and also regular transportation of passengers by buses, minibuses in the international message local executive bodies of areas, the cities of republican value, the capital.
3. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.
4. This resolution becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after the first official publication.
