Approve the enclosed Procedure of payments of amount of the tariff quota established concerning whey by the decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 23, 2012 N 142 "About establishment of the tariff quota and amount of the tariff quota on import of separate types of whey to single customs area of the Customs union" for the purpose of its distribution between participants of foreign economic activity (further - the Procedure).

2. To provide to department of coordination, development and regulation of foreign economic activity (V. O. Nikishin):

1) distribution according to the subitem "an" of Item 1 of the Resolution and Procedure for the amounts of the tariff quota established concerning whey (the FEACN CU codes 0404 10 120 1 and 0404 10 160 1);

2) the direction in Department of assessment of the regulating impact of data on the amounts of the tariff quotas distributed between participants of foreign economic activity for placement on the official site of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation on the Internet;

3) submission to Minpromtorg of Russia of data on the amounts of the tariff quotas distributed between participants of foreign economic activity according to the subitem of 1 this Item.

3. To provide to department of assessment of the regulating impact (V. A. Zhivulin) immediate placement on the official site of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation on the Internet of the data specified in the subitem 2 of Item 2 of this order.
