1. Make additions to the Instruction about procedure for application of "Regulations on procedure for attraction and use of foreign labor power in the Republic of Uzbekistan" approved by the order of the minister of work of the Republic of Uzbekistan on July 15, 1996 No. 44-P (рег. No. 285 of November 20, 1996), according to appendix.
2. This order becomes effective after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
