considered in open session case on check of constitutionality of provisions of Item 7 of article 20 of the Law of the Russian Federation "About the status of judges in the Russian Federation", Item 1 of Article 10, of Item 1 of Article 16, of Item 1 of Article 29.1 and Items 1 and 3 of article 30 of the Federal law "About Work Pensions in the Russian Federation".

Reason for consideration of the case was the claim of the citizen I. Yu. Frolova. The basis to consideration of the case was the found uncertainty in question of whether there correspond the Constitutions of the Russian Federation disputed in the claim of legislative provision.
