About measures for enhancement of control of use of means in foreign currency when implementing the foreign trade transactions

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 21.07.2014 No. 199

2. Determine that control and monitoring of contracts in foreign trade of subjects of business activity is performed by bodies of currency exchange control and authorized banks through the Single electronic information system of the foreign trade transactions.

3. Recommend to authorized banks of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

create specialized divisions on control and monitoring of contracts in foreign trade;

translate advance payments according to the signed import contracts;

5. To the ministry of external commercial relations together with Uzinvestproyekt engineering company based on the project and research organizations with involvement of the leading foreign consulting companies to create network of the independent consulting industry and cross-industry firms on self-supporting basis specializing in consultations and services in the choice of optimal variant when purchasing import technology, machines and the equipment with the corresponding databanks in a month.

To the Ministry of Justice together with the Uzinvestproyekt company, the Ministry of external commercial relations and the Ministry of Finance in ten-day time to develop and approve regulations on specialized consulting firm.

Recommend to residents to provide in case of creation of import contracts (agreements) in their conditions conducting pre-shipment inspection of goods, obligatory certification of conformity.

10. To the ministry of external commercial relations, Uzgosstandart and the State Tax Committee to make offers on the organization of system of pre-shipment inspection of import goods in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan in a month.

11. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sultanov U. T.
