About some questions of licensing of auditor activities

1. Approve the enclosed qualification requirements and the list of the documents confirming compliance to them for implementation of auditor activities.

2. Determine Committee of financial control of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan by authorized body licensor for implementation of auditor activities (issue (including duplicates), renewal of licenses, suspension, action renewal, deprivation of licenses).

3. Recognize invalid:

2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 6, 2009 No. 639 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 17, 2007 No. 601" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2009, No. 22-23, of the Art. 200);

3) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 10, 2011 No. 1318 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 17, 2007 No. 601 "About approval of Rules of licensing and qualification requirements to auditor activities" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2012, No. 2, the Art. 29).

4. This resolution becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after the first official publication.
