1. Reorganize the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The national nuclear center of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on atomic energy by accession of the following to it of its affiliated state enterprises on the right of economic maintaining:

1) "Institute of atomic energy", city of Kurchatov;

2) "Institute of radiation safety and ecology", city of Kurchatov;

3) "The Kazakh state research and production center of explosive works", city of Almaty;

4) Baikal, city of Kurchatov.

2. Reorganize by transformation the following affiliated state enterprises on the right of economic maintaining the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The national nuclear center of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on atomic energy:

1) "Institute of nuclear physics" in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of nuclear physics" of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on atomic energy;

2) "Institute of geophysical surveys" in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of geophysical surveys" of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on atomic energy (further - the companies).

3. Determine the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan by atomic energy authorized body on implementation of management of the corresponding industry of public administration concerning the companies.
