1. Approve the enclosed Rules of recertification of the law enforcement officers and special state bodies which arrived on military service in Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the procedure of transfer.

2. To impose control of execution of the order on the head of the department of personnel of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Bring the order to officials in the part concerning them.

Rules of recertification of the law enforcement officers and special state bodies which arrived on military service in Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the procedure of transfer

1. General provisions

1. These rules are developed according to article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 16, 2012 "About military service and the status of the military personnel" and disaggregate procedure for assignment of military ranks according to the procedure of recertification to the staff of law enforcement and special state bodies who arrived on military service in Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the procedure of transfer.

2. Procedure for assignment

2. To the staff of law enforcement and special state bodies who arrived on military service in Armed Forces according to the procedure of transfer the military ranks equal to the special ranks which are available for them based on the certified extract from the order on assignment of special military rank (class rank) are given.

3. Assignment of military rank according to the procedure of recertification is made by the order of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan on staff.

4. The term of period of service in the military rank given according to the procedure of recertification is estimated from the date of assignment of special rank (class rank) which was available before recertification.

5. To the employees of law-enforcement services having class ranks according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About law-enforcement service" the following military ranks are given:

the senior adviser of justice - the colonel of justice;

the adviser of justice - the lieutenant colonel of justice;

the junior adviser of justice - the major of justice;

the lawyer of 1 class - the captain of justice;

the lawyer 2 classes - the senior lieutenant of justice;

the lawyer 3 classes - the lieutenant of justice.

6. In case of assignment of military rank of officers according to the procedure of recertification personal number according to Rules of accounting of staff of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan is at the same time assigned.
