Rules of providing military personnel with ware property

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules about ware providing Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan on peace time (further - Rules), determine procedure for ware providing on peace time of the highest, senior and younger officers, sergeants (foremen) and soldiers (sailors) passing military service under the contract and at the call of, cadets of military educational institutions and cadets of military faculties of educational institutions, pupils of Military school and Republican school "Zhas Is Uhlan", military units and organizations of Armed Forces (further - military units), and also persons liable for call-up and students of the educational institutions called on military charges.

2. In these rules the following concepts are used:

1) ammunition - objects of military uniform of clothes (belts, cartridge pouches, unloading vests) facilitating carrying weapon, ammunition and other military equipment;

12) rejection - survey of property of ware service for the purpose of determination of their high-quality condition;

13) property of ware service - the ware property, Battle Flags of military units passing pennants of the Minister of Defence and chief of the General Staff, bath-and-laundry stock, washing and repair materials, the sewing and shoe equipment and tools, means and sanitary products, the equipment and stock for rooms of consumer services, for ware repair shops, conditioning agent behind regimentals and footwear, forms and books (card) of accounting and the reporting under ware service, tents, tarpaulins soft container, rags, the equipment (except for the equipment relating to technical means of ware service) and materials for repair of ware property and bath-and-laundry servicing, materials and spare parts to the specified equipment;

14) inventory property - the pieces of ware property issued to the military personnel in temporary individual or group use;

15) property category - the conditional accounting characteristic of property intended for determination of technical and high-quality condition of property, for the purpose of ensuring the correct operation of property, and also recognition of property of the requiring repair not suitable for use for the intended purpose which served warranty periods of storage;

16) high-quality condition - degree of suitability of property of ware service to use for the intended purpose;

17) branding - drawing symbols (brands) on ware property for the purpose of its fixing to division, the serviceman, and also determination of the time spent of ware property in sock (operation);

18) flight and technical regimentals - the pieces of ware property issued to the military personnel making flights and servicing of the aircraft equipment;
