About some questions of Kazkontent joint-stock company

1. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) to transfer rights of possession and uses of the state block of shares of Kazkontent joint-stock company to Committee of information and archives of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) together with Prime minister's department of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Committee of information and archives of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to take the measures following from this resolution.

2. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
